Tearing as I’m walking alone back. I wish I had more time with her. She’s the only Grandma we know because we’ve disavowed the other.
I miss you, Grandma. It’s been 13 days, the night I was on my way to the airport bound for Shanghai, since you left us.

Finished the Jobs bio. There weren’t as much about the products as I’d have liked. I prefer Michael Moritz’s “Return to the Little Kingdom”.

So how is it that people who seem so concerned can turn on a dime and carry on a conversation like nothing’s happened? How does that work?
Okay, so be it.
What just happened?
It’s bad enough to have screaming kids in public, worse when there are screaming parents. Strangely, most I’ve seen are Chinese-educated.
I slapped my balls trying to catch my keys that had slipped out of my hand. Priceless look on my face now.

The other account will be for opinions I won’t blurt out in public, a repository for the very un-PC stuff few would be able to stomach.

Wow. I left without buying anything. It’s a first!
Isn’t it odd that Apple’s the only high-tech manufacturer that has utilized low-tech materials such as magnets in the most interesting ways?

New film “Red” opens Nov: Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, Helen Mirren, Karl Urban, Richard Dreyfuss, Brian Cox, Ernest Borgnine. I’m sold!
And of course the fact that the director of “Red” is Robert Schwentke, who did “Flightplan” and the pilot episode of “Lie To Me”.
The 13.3-inch MacBook Air gets the 1440 x 900 display I’d like to have had on my 13.3-inch MacBook Pro. Grrr.
Suddenly, I have the theme from “Gattaca” in my head.
Come to think of it, I was never good in humanities either. Think I got an 8 for Lit in ‘O’ Levels. My Lit teacher never forgave me.
Come to think of it: in sec school, I was engrossed with movies, music & books rather than chasing skirts like the other boys. What a nerd.
